Both the Ministry of Tourism of Dominican Republic and the magazine Hosteltur organized events to pay tribute to Mr Pablo

The first day of Fitur 2018 was very emotional for the employees of Grupo Piñero. Firstly, the Dominican Republic Minister of Tourism presented Isabel García with a tribute to our founder.

After some warm words at the Dominican Republic stand, the Piñero family and employees who had travelled to the trade fair went to the Hosteltur stand to receive the Hosteltur 2017 Tourist Personality Award.

On both occasions, Encarna Piñero said some emotion-filled words about how much Mr Pablo appreciated the country and the well-known publication.
