We launch the hotel e-commerce training programme with ESERP

The initiative is part of the institutional agreement signed between Grupo Piñero and ESERP Business School, and a series of have already taken place, taught by Facebook, Google and TripAdvisor

Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts has formed a partnership with ESERP Business School to produce and implement an Executive Programme in Hotel Digital Distribution E-commerce, a new training course for recent graduates and active professionals that will take place under the institutional agreement renewed recently by the two organisations.

The programme started on 2nd February and will last for 50 hours, during which 80% of the content will be practical and the remaining 20% will be theoretical. 30% of the content of the programme will be taught in English and its main aim is for the students to acquire knowledge and skills that will help them understand the digital environment that is prevalent in the hotel environment today. In addition, the methodology for this course will be based on two key points: acquiring experience through practical activities and promoting cooperation and understanding through teamwork.

As part of the programme, a series of masterclasses is being held, taught by professionals from the major digital marketing companies, including Facebook, Google and TripAdvisor.

As part of the agreement with ESERP, the students on the course will have the option of internship at Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, as happened previously in other business areas of Grupo Piñero.
