Now you know! We launch a direct flight to Samaná with Soltour

We are the talk of the industry media today…(Gran Hotel Turismo, Preferente, Europa Press).

With this new route, which will fly every Sunday from 24 June until 9 September, Soltour increases the opportunities to visit Samaná with a flight landing directly at Juan Bosch El Catey Samaná International Airport. This serves to reduce our customers' travel time by two hours, since the destination has until now been reached on a scheduled flight from Madrid to Santo Domingo, 162 km away.

Encarna Piñero, Managing Director of the Piñero Group, explained during the announcement that "we expect this new route, the first direct flight from Spain to Samaná, to help showcase one of the most spectacular regions of the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, characterised by its dramatic contours and extensive cultural and historical heritage, where we also have four first-class hotels".
