We welcome a group of 160 children to our Bahia Principe Jamaica complex
For the first time in Jamaica, the complex was visited by a group of 160 children aged between 6 and 18, from a number of schools in the St Ann and St Mary parishes.
On their arrival they were welcomed by Victoria Capellà, Corporate HR Director, Fabian Brown, Human Resources Director, and Genaro Benítez, Managing Director of the Complex in Jamaica.
It was a tourism awareness-raising day for children and young people, at which they were told about tourism and the many careers available in the sector, as well as the importance of contributing to the sustainability of the planet by recycling and adopting positive habits.
There was fun to follow during the day: fitness activities, a dance competition, questions and answers about the Travelife and sustainability talks.
After lunch they were taken on a tour of the best sculptures made from recycled materials, showing them a whole host of possibilities.
Without doubt an event to be repeated…
