Gustavo Mesa, Latin America Commercial Manager, summarises the story in the media

Not everyone might know that Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts has regional representation in Buenos Aires, Argentina. But it does!

The office opened 10 years ago to underpin commercial efforts in Argentina and throughout South America, led by Malena Omoldi, the current Latin American Commercial Director based in Mallorca.  Gustavo Mesa is now the Commercial Manager for Latin America, with a team of 5 people: 3 commercial representatives, 1 marketing person for LatAm and 1 groups person for LatAm.

As well as Argentina, they visit Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil, Ecuador, Panama, Colombia, and support the 6 commercial representatives covering LatAm: Michelle Etchevers  (Chile, Peru and Bolivia), Guiomar Rodríguez (Colombia and Venezuela), Alessandra Savoia (Brazil) and the Mexico team, led by María Fernanda Niño Beltmon, with two commercial representatives.

The work performed by all these teams is vital for growth in Latin America, and they are out there all day visiting agencies, tour operators, group companies, golf organisers, etc.

Late September will see the arrival of FIT, the 6th most important tourism trade fair in the world, where we have a very large stand and plenty of passengers visiting us every year.

And now that you know a little about our presence in Argentina, we can also tell you that we are celebrating 10 years in this market!
